If this place, located on the opposite side of the city from the tourist attractions, is the "farthest ends" of Kyoto, why not create an oasis there? With this in mind, HOTEL SHE, KYOTO was completed.

When you open the door…

The first thing you see when you enter the room is the wall painted mint green all over.

The artwork and cushions in each room are different in design. We hope you will like them.

All our rooms are equipped with record players. Next to the front desk, we have a record rack curated by the record shop "Pinks Vinyl," where you can rent records for free. The rack also features a "Vinyl Carte" record diagnosis to help you choose the perfect record for your mood today.

We see our hotel as a place where you can "try on a lifestyle," offering an extraordinary experience within your daily routine.

In an age where we are accustomed to high-tech music from smartphones, we believe there's something enchanting about the crackling sounds of music from a needle on vinyl.

Welcome Ice Cream Service

We have an ice cream parlor "PARLOR SHE, SIDE". We have 10 kinds of craft ice cream from a very popular diner "BIG BABY ICECREAM" in Kanagawa prefecture.

We offer an "ice cream inclusive" service that allows our guests to enjoy their favorite flavors of craft ice cream for free once per night.

The charm of this craft culture is that you can sense the originality of things created by factors such as the climate of the region where they are made and the creator's commitment to their craft.

We have also created this hotel by deciphering the local climate and atmosphere and incorporating them into the space.That's why we're bringing the magic of craft culture to you through our "Ice cream Inclusive" service. Enjoy our sweet, cold, and cute and tempting flavors to relieve traveler's fatigue.

A morning straight out of a movie scene

The café "PARLOR SHE, SIDE", located inside our hotel, is open to everyone - not just hotel guests.

If you're grabbing some ice cream, we highly recommend pairing it with our signature "Tomo Cola" - a craft cola made with 15 kinds of herbs and spices, with a hint of lavender. It's got a unique balance of spiciness and smoothness that makes for an unforgettable taste.

We also serve breakfast at PARLOR SHE, SIDE. Our special open-faced sandwich features American waffle base, topped with fresh veggies and fruits sourced from local farmers - customize it just the way you like Enjoy a cinematic morning in our stylish, smoky-pink lobby, straight out of a movie scene.

At Higashikujyo - Kyoto

Higashi Kujo, a local area just a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, is located on the opposite side of the tourist spots and has a less prominent history. However, it is also a town where local people have slowly built up its history over time.

"Aketa Yu", an old-fashioned public bathhouse that looks good with a milk bottle.
Toji Temple, a World Heritage site with 1,200 years of history and the remains of the Heian-kyo capital.
Other restaurants, movie theaters, and flower arrangement stores that are frequented by locals.
