Situated in an area that overlooks the Seto Ohashi Bridge of Kurashiki is “DENIM HOSTEL float” that opened in September 2019 by the denim brand, “ITONAMI”. It is their directly managed store attached to an accommodation facility and cafe.

With this “floating” concept in mind, we came up with the name “DENIM HOSTEL float.” After sunset, you may encounter the most beautiful view you’ve ever seen.

Managed by a denim brand, denim can be put to full use for the interior.

Denim fabric is applied to the wallpaper, tatami edges, sofas, floor chairs, and fusuma (sliding doors). Enjoy the beautiful blue of both the Seto Inland Sea and the indigo hues of the denim that envelop the room.

A glamping dome surrounded by the lush greenery of Setonaikai National Park. An accommodation experience where you can enjoy the transformation of four seasons.
The Seto Inland Sea can be seen from inside the dome, and the view of the bridge and surrounding islands is one you will want to keep gazing at, even at night.

In DENIM HOSTEL float, you can dine at the restaurant “pile”, famous for their lasagna with homemade pasta sheets and natural wine.

A lasagna made with homemade pasta sheets using 100% Okayama-grown wheat, featuring a bolognese sauce of slow-simmered wagyu beef, red wine, and tomatoes, combined with rich and creamy gara shrimp sauce.

Original focaccia made from wheat, pâté de campagne, natural wine and craft beers are also available.

The Well-Loved Outdoor “Barrel Sauna”

“fuu sauna” with a full view of the Seto Inland Sea.

An electric stove from the long-established stove maker “TYLO” has been installed in the Estonia-made barrel sauna.

The löyly features aroma water made with Setouchi lemons, and the cold plunge tub, specially designed for saunas, is crafted from Shigaraki Ware.

Advance reservations and swimsuits are required for the outdoor sauna.
This facility allows mix-gender use, so you can enjoy it with families and friends.

You can come empty-handed because “denim swimsuits” by the apparel brand “ITONAMI” are available for rent.

They are made using “Nylon Denim,” a material uniquely developed by a long-established textile manufacturer known for their constant innovation in new fabrics.
