The history

The building operated for 50 years as a rice shop called Araiya and was a treasured part of the community. Situated in Sengakuji and close to the tomb of the 47 Ronin. The owner desired for the building to continue to be a local treasure so it was reborn as Araiya Hotel. We have inherited the history of the building and hope to accommodate people from all around the world so they can enjoy the House of Araiya!
