• ◇Please forgive us if we are not able to see Mt. Fuji.

• ◇We will not be responsible for any accidents and injuries during this hiking tour. Please participate with ample time.

• ◇We will be taking pictures and/or videos during the tour. Please let us know beforehand if you wish not be shared on our SNS and website.

• ◇We will not give you a refund even if you are still sleeping or do not make it on time for the bus.

• ◇Additional 1,140 yen (570 yen one way) will be needed for transportation. If you need to exchange please kindly ask our staff before 7 pm.

• ◇We will contact you at 7 pm, if we decide to cancel the tour due to weather condition changes.

• ◇The following are not recommended to participate the tour due to safety reasons. We thank you for your understanding. Hangovers or those who still have alcohol in your system, those who are pregnant, those who are suffering from any type of disease, those who are not feeling well.

・We will not charge any cancel fee if we cancel the tour due to severe weather change. However we will refund your money.

・We will not refund or charge any cancel fee if you do not participate the tour due to oversleep or behind time. Please be punctual.
