Chef Fujimoto, who served as the head chef at the Japanese Embassy, entertaining dignitaries from various countries, will prepare a creative French course using ingredients from Tottori's Mount Daisen, right in your room. The course will be mostly up to the chef's discretion, featuring dishes that make the most of Mount Daisen's seasonal ingredients.

Masahiro Fujimoto
After working at a restaurant in Kobe, he became the head chef at the Japanese Embassy in Jamaica. There, he entertained government officials from around the world with various dishes. Now, he is based in Tottori's Daisen Town, where he prepares creative French courses focused on seasonal ingredients from the area, all based on French cuisine.
