Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: If you are making a reservation for a campsite, please make a reservation as "1 room = 1 site".

The easy-to-understand steps are as follows.

Select your desired plan ➡︎ Select your desired site ➡︎ Select number of people and options ➡︎ Enter your reservation information ➡︎ Reservation completed
Q: How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation during the period shown on the reservation calendar. Generally, reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance from the current month, but during the mid-winter season or during the peak season, the schedule may differ. We may not be able to give you a clear answer, but if you have any questions, please contact us!
Q: Can I use credit cards or electronic money?
A: Yes, you can use both. During busy times, cash or barcode payments such as Paypay will help you pay more smoothly, so we recommend that you prepare in advance.
Q: What should I do if the number of people or vehicles decreases on the day of the event?
A: If there is a partial cancellation of the reservation due to a reduction in the number of people, a cancellation fee will be charged as long as the cancellation policy is applicable. Please note that you will be required to pay in full at check-in.
Q: Can I choose the campsite location in advance?
A: Our campsite is what is called "free site", where you can freely choose a location within the reserved campsite in the order of arrival. Due to the rule above, we cannot accept requests for specific location in the reserved campsite in advance.
Q: Will the campsite remain "free site" even when it is crowded?
A: Even when it is crowded, we basically keep free site rule, but there may be exceptions that we will designate a site for you to use depending on your group usage and reservation status for the previous day or the next day.
Q: I made a reservation with friends, can we have them next to each other?
A: We will do our best to accommodate guests next to each other as much as possible. However, during busy times, please note that it may be difficult to set up devices next to each other.
Q: Is it possible to park a car or motorcycle onto the site?
A: Depending on the site, there are places where you can park vehicles and places where you cannot. Please be sure to check the details of the campsite you will be using.
Q: If the same group joins us at a later date, what time can we check in?
A: Even if your companion are joining you at a later date, they will be asked to arrive at the regular check-in time (13:00-17:00). Please note that additional charges will apply if they arrive during early check-in hours.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Please refer to the following for business hours.

■Reception 9:00-17:00
■Cafe 7:30-16:00
■Bar 16:00-21:30(L.O) *Open only on Saturdays and holidays

The cafe and bar will also be closed during the winter season.
Please check the official Instagram or contact the facility directly for the actual closure period.
Q: Please tell me about the facilities for the camp site.
A: There are several potable water supplies and wash basin on the premises.

There are also several restrooms.

Near the lounge are the shower rooms. Please pay the fee at the reception counter before using it.

During the winter season, some kitchens, toilets, and shower rooms may be closed.
Q: Are fireworks allowed?
A: Only hand-held fireworks are allowed. Unauthorized use is prohibited, so please be sure to consult with us beforehand. Also, during busy times, we may specify the location and time when fireworks can be played.
Q: How should I dispose of garbage?
A: If you pay 500 yen per site as a garbage disposal fee, you will be able to dispose of your garbage at the trash yard on the premises. Please note the following rules;

■Food waste need to be separate from other combustible garbage in advance.

■Bottles, cans, plastic bottles, and gas cans are also can be disposable. Please throw them in designated garbage buckets at the trash yard.

Please be sure to take all other non-flammable trash and broken camping equipment home with you.
Q: Will the staff be on duty even at night?
A: We generally do not respond outside of business hours.
For reservation-related inquiries or purchasing items, please contact us during the business hours of your stay (9:00-17:00).
Q: Please tell me about operations during stormy weather.
Regarding the cancellation policy in the event of inclement weather, the normal cancellation policy will apply until any of the following situations occur. We ask our customers to make a decision as soon as possible regarding their use when a typhoon is approaching.

Cancellation fees will not be charged only in the following cases.

・If the venue is closed due to circumstances on the facility side
・If the viewer determines that it cannot be used safely
・If the Japan Meteorological Agency announces that our campsite will be in a typhoon warning area.
・If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a weather warning for the relevant area on the day of your stay.
・If a weather warning is issued before the date of use and it is determined that the situation will not improve until the day of use.

Please note that even if any of the above situations occur after a cancellation fee has been incurred, we will not be able to provide a refund as long as the normal cancellation policy is applied.
Q: Is it possible to play music through speakers?
A: You may use audio equipments as long as the volume is at a level that does not disturb other guests or those living in nearby villas. However, if you receive any instructions from our staff regarding the volume, please be sure to follow them.

Please also note that karaoke and the use of devices that emit loud noises are prohibited.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are only allowed at the campsite, and up to 2 pets per group. Please select from the options. (500 yen per animal)

Please be sure to keep your pet on a leash while on the premises and be careful not to pick it up, bark at night, or fight with other pets.

Please note that pets are not allowed in any Hut and Nutshell.
Q: Are the roads and grounds leading to the site paved?
A: There are some unpaved roads on the venue. There is also a narrow slope along the road leading to the site, making it impossible for cars to pass each other. Please reduce your speed and yield to each other as you pass (as a general rule, cars going up will have priority).

We recommend that you arrive in a car with a standard height, as low-height cars may scrape their bumpers on slopes.
Q: Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
A: Whether you can receive each request depends on the availability of the previous and subsequent dates. Please be sure to contact us in advance. We may not be able to accommodate you depending on how crowded it is.
Also, the site may not be open until around 11:00 due to reservations from the previous day, or the site you want may not be available if you are staying for multiple nights. Please note.

■Early check-in: Check-in is possible from 10am for an additional charge of 500 yen per adult and child.
■Late check-out: Check-out can be extended to 2pm for an additional charge of 500 yen per adult/child. Alternatively, you can change the time to 6pm for an additional fee of 1000 yen per adult and child.

Also, Hut and Nutshell do not accept early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning operation.
Q: Is there a place to smoke?
A.Smoking is permitted within the campsite. However, please follow the minimum etiquette rules, such as being aware of the customers around you, putting out fires, and disposing of butts.
Q: Is there a parking lot if I only use the cafe/bar?
A: When you arrive, please ask our staff, who will direct you to parking spaces around the lounge building. During holidays or weekends, please call us in advance to inquire about congestion.
About photo / video shooting inside the venue
Regardless of the scale, please be sure to consult with us in advance if you are shooting for commercial purposes. Usage fees are different from regular campsite and hut fees.
If you discover unauthorized commercial photography, please follow the staff's instructions.
Other precautions
■Due to the high altitude and valley location, there may be little cell phone reception throughout the venue. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lounge space and hut, but please note that there is no Wi-Fi available on the campsite.

■As a general rule, please drive as slowly as possible inside the venue.
Also, since the environment has many ups and downs, extremely low vehicles may not be able to drive.
Damage to equipment, furniture, fixtures and compensation
In the unlikely event that equipment, fixtures, or attached furniture/equipment are damaged, regardless of whether it was intentional or negligent, we may ask you to compensate for the amount we propose based on the damage situation. The same applies if smoking indoors is discovered. Please be careful when handling equipment and supplies.
