HOTEL (TEN) is an entire rental accommodation for fully enjoying the town.
It is located just a short walk from the street where the Misegura of Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture (The number ranks third in Japan), is lined up, tucked away in an alley. It is a place where you can feel the everyday life of a nostalgic town. We opened it by renovating a townhouse that is over 90 years old.

We want you to enjoy the town, so the check-in counter is located at Coworking & Café yuinowa on Misegura Street (1-minute walk from HOTEL (TEN)). Our staff will gladly provide recommendations for spots, meals, experiences, and more according to your preferences.

The maximum number of people for accommodation is 10.
You are free to use the appliances and cooking utensils provided in the facility, so it is also possible to bring ingredients and enjoy cooking together. The tatami room with a pleasant veranda is not only perfect for relaxing but is also suitable for a training camp.


The historic town, Yuki is characterized by its traditional craftsmanship, with an abundance of unique individual shops lining its streets, creating a charming atmosphere where one can feel the warmth of the people.
The townscape of Misagura, the brewing industry of sake, miso, and soy sauce utilizing the subterranean waters of the Kinugawa River, historical temples and shrines, Yuki Tsumugi silk fabric born from Japan's oldest primitive handcraft, restaurants, cafes, sauna, markets, music festivals, coworking space, and labs.
There must be something that resonates with your sensibilities.

Embark on a journey into the city, starting from HOTEL (TEN). It will be a hub connecting people and the city, also serving as a comforting and warm place to return to.

【Check-in Information】
Our accommodation and the check-in location are different. Please complete the check-in process at Coworking & Café yuinowa (a 1- minute walk from the accommodation). We apologize for the inconvenience, but kindly inform us of your arrival time in advance and proceed to Coworking & Café yuinowa upon arrival.

②On your arrival, we will provide you with the password for the key

box.
③Please proceed to the alley opposite yuinowa to reach the accommodation. (Approximately 1 minute on foot)

④The sign located at the end of the alley is the landmark.
↓
⑤Upon arriving at the accommodation, enter the password and retrieve the keys for the gate and entrance.
↓
⑥Once enter the inside, you will find the house manual on the dining table. Please review it and register with the HOTEL (TEN) official LINE.

BED ROOM(Japanese-style room A/ Japanese-style room B)
You can enjoy a view of the streets of Yuki from the second floor. Located away from the main street, we offer a quiet environment for a peaceful stay.

A highly recommended time is in the morning.

From the southern window, you can see the Seimeiji Temple, where the first lord of the Yuki family, Tomomitsu-kou rests, along with the townscape of Yuki. Through the eastern window, the morning sun rises beyond the chimney of Akiba Koji Miso Brewery. Hope you enjoy a wonderful morning.


Kitchen & dining
The kitchen space has Doma (an earthen floor), allowing everyone to gather and enjoy cooking together. You are free to use household appliances and cooking utensils, so please enjoy preparing meals using local ingredients from Yuki. We have alsoprepared a custom-sized table that can accommodate up to 10 people.

At HOTEL (TEN), you'll find books introducing our town, Yuki, and those we've come across during our activities. We've repurposed koji lids received from Akiba Koji Miso Brewery. The small four- and-a-half tatami room features a sofa, creating a cozy space for relaxation.

While enjoying the lively atmosphere with friends is great, taking some distance to read a book or leisurely sipping on a drink is also wonderful. It's also sometimes important to cherish your personal time. At TEN, we have prepared various spaces for different preferences.

Engawa(Japanese porch)& Garden
Connected to a private garden enclosed by wooden fences, the engawa space invites you to discover your own way of enjoying the space.

*Please note that only handheld fireworks are allowed, and it is mandatory to use them with a bucket of water nearby.

*Fireworks after 8:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
