Is the facility non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms in our facility are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and veranda within the premises, but please note that ashtrays are not provided, so guests are requested to bring their own.
Can I bring pets?
We do not allow pets in our facility.
What is the latest check-in time?
Check-in is at 15:00, as we provide a village tour by a Sherpa after the check-in procedure. If you expect to arrive late, please inform us in advance. The latest check-in time is 18:00. If you plan to arrive later than this, we kindly ask you to book an extra night's stay.
