"Hidden Forest Sauna" - All you'll find here is the forest, a clear stream, and a sauna...

Located in the forests of Gunma's Joshu region, this "natural sauna" is conveniently located just a little over an hour away from the city.
This "small sauna facility" seeks the origins of sauna, the source of sauna. In pursuit of the ultimate sauna, we have built the forest and the hut ourselves, striving for a handcrafted space.
A sauna where you can feel nature in the forest, immerse yourself in the clear stream, and enjoy the charm of nature.
No need for the attentive service of a hotel or the convenient amenities of a tourist destination.
Nothing extra, just a place to simply enjoy nature and a sauna.
Relax in the "wood-fired sauna," calm your mind in the "river sauna," and unwind in the "forest sauna." When it's all over, return to your true self.
Reserve your own sauna hut and enjoy a relaxing, quiet sauna time with a loved one, friends, or family.
A natural river is your cold water bath!
You're just five seconds away from the clear stream in front of you, and you'll enjoy a "gift from the earth" in the form of a natural cold water bath.

The clear waters of the cold bath are also just below freezing. As you immerse yourself in the water, your body mysteriously heats up from within, making bathing in the sub-zero air feel even more comfortable.
This takes the "totonoi" experience, one of the wonders of saunas, to a new level.
*What's next...
An outdoor sauna is a sauna to be enjoyed in nature. It's a style of sauna that can only be experienced in nature and would not exist without it. Rather than just enjoying the sauna, we need to strive to operate the facility in a way that minimizes environmental impact and is in harmony with nature, so that it can continue into the future.
We hope to develop a sauna culture that is thought about and nurtured not only by the facility staff but also by visitors and customers.
