Taketomi Island can be reached by ferry from Ishigaki Island.
This place is where you can live away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and enjoy the luxury of living there. You can enjoy taking a walk, or by renting a bicycle. It takes just 1 hour to go around Taketomi Island on the road that goes around the village.
There are no conveniences, but bright flowers bloom, birds sing, and you are surrounded by a pleasant breeze and gentle sunlight.
Our small INN located in the southernmost part of Japan that stayed only 3 groups per 1 day.
There are no clocks or televisions here. There is also no attentive service like in a hotel.
Enjoy a free trip that you don't have any plans, no matter what the weather is, and just spend your mornings and evenings reading, taking naps, etc.

This is a small guesthouse where only 3 groups can stay. These are in a villa-style guesthouse that opens our separate house to the public. Although we can only offer you a small amount of hospitality, we would be happy if you could spend your time relaxing on this beautiful island.
●Staying
Children are not allowed. We do not accept group-use by first-time users.
The only amenities provided in the room are bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. Please bring your own toothbrush set, nightwear, sandals, etc.
●Dinner and Breakfast
Served in open-air dining.
Breakfast for guests is served starting at 8:30.
Dinner, which is limited to those staying multiple (2 nights or more) stay and only accepts reservations and simultaneous orders, will be prepared at a time that coincides with the seasonal sunset.Sorry, bringing alcohol into the INN is not allowed.
●Pick you up
If you are coming to Ishigaki Island after the 15:00 ferry until the last ferry, we can pick you up by car at Taketomi Port. If you need, please be sure to mail us before, and also call us (0980-85-2855) to confirm your boarding time on the day of your trip.
If you do not need to be picked up, you can arrive at INN cago from Taketomi Port in about 5 minutes by bus, or about 20 minutes on foot.
●Cancel
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from 49 days in advance. However, if the ferry between Ishigaki Island and Taketomi Island is canceled due to a typhoon, there will be no cancellation fee.
About the Island
●What is the Taketomi Island?
A small island with a circumference of only 9.2km, located 10 minutes by ferry from Ishigaki Island. The islanders live a quiet life here.
●Where is the places to visit?
"Nagomi-no-To(Nagomi Tower)" is a small observatory that rises in the center of the village. The two beaches located on the west side of the island are "Kondoi Beach", which has clear waters. And pure white sand, and "Kaiji Beach", where you can find star-shaped sand. "West Pier" is a registered tangible cultural property of the country. The sunset over the western sea is a spectacular view.
We recommend visiting the "28 temples" where local guardian deities are worshiped and rituals are held, riding in a "buffalo cart", or "renting a bicycle" to visit around the island.
●How do you go there?
It takes 25 to 40 minutes by bus from New Ishigaki Airport to Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. It takes 10 minutes by ferry from Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal to Taketomi Island.

Water and electricity of Taketomi Island are important resources that come from Ishigaki Island, so please help us conserve water and electricity during your stay.
If you bring any items into the island, please take away as garbage by yourself.
Due to limited dates and methods for procuring ingredients, we are unable to accept additions or changes at a later date. We appreciate your understanding.
