Guest Room Information

guest house MARUYA primarily offers capsule-style rooms, all equipped with locks.

Unlike typical guesthouse dormitories, our rooms provide a semi-private accommodation style. Furthermore, each room features unique interior design, allowing you to enjoy a different atmosphere every time.

[Single] Standard Capsule (Upper & Lower Bunk)

Our most common room type.

While capsule-style rooms can feel cramped, ours are designed slightly larger than a single futon, allowing space to spread out your belongings.

Choose your preferred bunk: the upper bunk with slightly higher ceilings, or the lower bunk for easier access.

Capacity: 1 person

Room: Single room (1 futon set)

Size: Slightly larger than a single futon

Other: Power outlet, 2 hangers, lockable, shared shower

Air Conditioning: Centralized building-wide system (Each capsule has a ventilation fan to circulate air.)

[Single] Premium Capsule (Lower Level)

A premium single room approximately twice the size of the Standard.

Originally designed as a twin room, this spacious area allows for a relaxed stay.

A low work table is provided, enabling quiet work within the room. Also recommended for those who want to stretch out and unwind.

Capacity: 1 person

Room: Single Room (1 futon set)

Size: Slightly larger than two futons

Other: Power outlet, 2 hangers, lockable, shared shower

Air Conditioning: Centralized building-wide system (Each capsule has a ventilation fan to circulate air.)

[Twin] Standard Capsule (Upper Level)

A standard twin room approximately twice the size of a Standard Single.

Popular for friends or couples wanting to stay together.

Capacity: 2 guests

Room: Twin room (2 sets of futons)

Size: Slightly larger than two futons

Other: Power outlet, 2 hangers, lockable, shared shower

Air Conditioning: Centralized building-wide system (Each capsule has a ventilation fan to circulate air.)

[Triple] Standard Room (Private Room)

Our only private room option, the Triple Room.

As the largest fully private room, you'll have ample space to unpack your luggage and relax comfortably.

Featuring a bunk bed setup, it's recommended not only for couples or married couples but also for friends traveling together.

Capacity: 3 guests

Room: Triple Room (1 set of bunk beds with underbed storage)

Other: Power outlets available, 3 hangers, Air conditioning, Lockable door, Shared shower

・All rooms are non-smoking

・Shower/Toilet/Kitchen are shared with other guests

・Washing machine & dryer are available free of charge (detergent sold separately)

※Starting with stays on or after April 1, 2025, a separate accommodation tax of ¥200 per adult will be charged.
