【NIWA】- Private room on the first floor in a local family house
This accommodation is located on the first floor of a newly built three-story private house (constructed in 2020) in a quiet residential area of Yanaka. The room is independent and situated beyond the shared entrance space of the house.
The room is painted entirely in blue plaster, and soft sunlight filters in from the adjacent park.
The floor is a combination of tatami and cedar flooring, making it safe and comfortable for small children.
The room is equipped with a private washbasin, shower room, and toilet.
Bathing sets and tickets for local public baths are provided, so you can enjoy a visit to your preferred sento.
The accommodation is next to a small playground, making it ideal for families with children. Shared sandbox toys are also available for guests to use freely.
[Important Information]
・This is a room on the first floor of a private house where a family with two children lives. Please be aware that you may hear everyday household sounds.
・The room faces the park, so voices from people spending time there may be audible. Guests who are sensitive to noise are advised to consider this.
・Check-in takes place at HAGISO, a 1-minute walk from the room. After check-in, you will be guided to your room.
・Breakfast is served at HAGISO.
