All rooms are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted in the courtyard. Please refrain from smoking near the entrance to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Hosting parties is not permitted at this facility. As the property is located in a residential area with the nature of a nagaya, sound can easily travel, so we kindly ask for your consideration to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

If check-out is delayed, the cleaning staff will have to wait outside. Please adhere strictly to the check-out time. If a late check-out is necessary, an additional fee of ¥3,000 per hour will apply.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

We will send you the smart lock code via email three days before check-in.

Only registered guests may use the facility. If any violations of house rules are observed, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Additionally, if the number of guests exceeds the reserved number, an additional fee of ¥20,000 per night plus bed fees will be charged.

We do not allow the use of more beds than the number of guests in the reservation. If it is discovered that additional beds have been used, you will be charged for the extra guests according to the number of additional beds used.

If additional cleaning or special tasks beyond standard cleaning are required, a cleaning fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.

If any items are found, we will contact the guest as soon as possible. The items will be kept for one week, after which they will be discarded. Please note that a handling fee of ¥3,000 plus shipping costs will apply. For international shipping, please be aware that items containing batteries may not be able to be shipped.
