Private Cultural Stay – Shirafuji (Room Only)
Leave the noise behind.
Stay in a 150-year-old private cultural residence, reserved for only one group per day.
Do nothing. Slow down. Simply be.
This is not a hotel.
It is a private residence, reserved entirely for you.
Move freely between a traditional Japanese main house and a Western-style residence from the Meiji era.
Spend your time quietly, simply following the rhythm of the day.
This is not a place to do something.
It is a place to do nothing.
Wake up to the sound of birds.
Spend the afternoon gazing at the garden.
Read, or don’t read.
Sit, or simply lie down.
Feel the light and shadows shift throughout the day.
Here, time is entirely yours.
In the main house, you are surrounded by stillness on tatami floors.
In the Western house, you rest comfortably in a soft bed.
Two different atmospheres,
one seamless stay.
This duality is what makes Shirafuji unique.
At night, the residence becomes even quieter.
Wrapped in stillness, your thoughts begin to slow.
This is not just a place to stay.
It is a place to reconnect with yourself.
The entire property is surrounded by walls,
ensuring complete privacy.
You will not see any other guests during your stay.
Limited to one group per day,
this is true silence.
We carefully select Japanese-made items that touch your skin.
Simple, refined, and crafted with care.
A quiet sense of quality you can feel throughout your stay.
Do nothing. Slow down.
A private residence, just for you.
Reserve your stay at Shirafuji.
