Special Dinner by 四知堂 kanazawa

Si zhi tang kanazawa is a traditional townhouse restaurant located in Owaricho, Kanazawa city.

Opened in 2020, the restaurant was founded by an owner who is also a farmer, with the wish to share the experience of delicious local rice and the warmth of a Taiwanese family table here in Kanazawa.

Inspired by Taiwanese food culture, the climate of Hokuriku, and the region’s abundant gifts from both mountains and sea, Si zhi tang offers Taiwanese cuisine that can only be experienced here.

For this special occasion, at karch, the restaurant located on the basement floor of Korinkyo, we have prepared an exclusive dining plan where you can enjoy Si zhi tang’s cuisine paired with a carefully selected range of natural wines.
