At our facility, we ask our guests to check in and check out using the tablet provided on-site. There will be no staff present on the day of check-in, so please make sure to follow the check-in procedures outlined in the "Stay Guide" that we will provide after your reservation.

The cleaning staff will arrive just after noon on the check-out day. It's crucial that you strictly adhere to the check-out time. Your cooperation will greatly contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.

We are firmly implementing a strict no open flame policy throughout our premises, which includes a prohibition on fireworks, open fires, and charcoal barbecues brought onto the property. Additionally, our facility is totally smoke-free, both indoors and outdoors. Smoking is only allowed in a designated area outside on the first floor. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking in the forest and on nearby roads due to the risk of fire and in consideration of our neighbors. Please be aware that if we find that these rules are not being followed, it will be considered a breach of contract and you will be asked to leave immediately. Further, if we discover after your stay that smoking has occurred indoors, you will be liable for the cost of cleaning the room.

Please be aware that to reach the entrance of our premises from the parking lot, you will need to ascend about two stories worth of gravel stairs. This may pose difficulties for guests with mobility issues.

We kindly ask for your compliance with the following pet policies. Only guests who can abide by these rules will be permitted to be accompanied by their dogs. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate contract termination and eviction. Please be informed that our facility is not a specialized pet hotel. ・Only one small dog weighing less than 10kg is allowed per guest and the pet option (5,500 yen including tax) must be selected. ・Guests must prepare necessary items other than a cage and potty pads. ・Releasing dogs inside rooms or on balconies, other than in their cages, is strictly prohibited. ※Note: If any damage is caused to furniture, electronics, or any part of the facility due to your dog being outside its cage, repair and replacement costs will be borne by you.

The use of the BBQ gas grill and sauna carries an additional charge of 3,300 yen (tax included) per stay for each amenity. Please refer to the "Stay Guide", which will be provided after you make a reservation, for details regarding payment methods. Payment can also be made on the day of your stay based on your decision. Once the payment is completed, we will provide the secret code for the numbered lock installed on the premises.

The maximum guest count including infants is six. If there are any additional guests since the time of your reservation, as long as the total is six or less, you can let us know by message prior to the day before your stay and we'll arrange for payment on the day. Moreover, if you are staying multiple nights and expect an increase in your party size due to guests joining later, simply make a reservation based on the initial number of guests and provide the details of those joining later directly. We will then make arrangements for the final payment, so please feel free to discuss this with us. Please be aware, we verify the number of guests through our reception camera. If we find that there are more guests than declared, this will be considered as a violation of our agreement resulting in its termination and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Our facility is located in a tranquil villa district, where many people reside. We strictly prohibit activities such as dining on the balcony after 10 PM or any behaviour that might cause a disturbance to others in the neighbourhood. Should we receive a complaint from a neighbour, our staff will visit the premises to issue a warning. If the actions are not rectified, this will be considered a breach of contract and result in immediate eviction. Please bear this in mind.
