【English】 Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact us by phone in advance. For a more relaxed stay, early check-in and late check-out are also available at an additional charge of JPY 2,200 per room, per hour. If you would like to use either option, please select it from the optional services when making your reservation.
Parking
The designated guest parking area is located at the far right side of the parking lot when facing the front of the building. If those spaces are occupied, you may park in any available space in front of the building. If you plan to park before check-in for skiing, hiking, or other activities, we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance.
Dining & Optional Services
Please note that dinner arrangements and other optional services may not be available for last-minute requests due to preparation and scheduling requirements. We recommend making reservations in advance whenever possible. If you wish to arrange any optional services shortly before your stay, please contact our staff by phone and we will do our best to assist you.
Children & Bed Sharing
Up to two children aged 12 and under may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult guest. If you wish to use this option, please enter the number and ages of the children when making your reservation and be sure to enable the “Bed Sharing” option. If this option is not selected, the reservation will be confirmed with bedding provided and the applicable charge will apply. Please note that complimentary bed sharing is limited to two children. Any additional child will be charged at the adult rate. Bedding and amenities will be provided in the same manner as for adult guests. Example: 3 children = 2 children sharing a bed with adults (free of charge) + 1 child charged at the adult rate
Shopping for Food, Drinks & Daily Necessities
Near the hotel, you will find Daisen Sando Market, which is open until 6:00 PM and offers a selection of bread, alcoholic beverages, snacks, and local souvenirs. Please note that there are no supermarkets or convenience stores in the immediate area. We recommend purchasing any necessary items before arriving at the hotel.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the guest rooms or within the hotel. Guests who wish to smoke may do so on the private balcony of their room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
