The price is as follows.
Children from 1 to 4 years old will receive a children's lunch, while children from 5 to 12 years old will receive pasta, soup, focaccia (bread) and dessert.
All ingredients are produced in Kochi Prefecture. Please note that the menu may change depending on the season and time of year. The dishes in the photo are for illustrative purposes only.
Reservations can be made for a minimum of 4 adults.
The villa is available only for one person per day, and has an infinity pool and is completely private. The villa has three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for groups or long term stays.
House rules: ・No smoking is allowed in the facility. No housekeeping is provided for consecutive nights. If you wish, we will change your linen.
Noise: Please understand that you may be asked to leave the room if there are complaints or reports from neighboring residents.
Pets are not allowed.

How do I check-in and check-out?
Our staff will be available at your scheduled check-in time. When you check out, just lock the door and check out as you left it.

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 p.m.
What is your payment method?
Payment can be made by credit card in advance through the reservation site or on site. Local payment can be made by cash, credit cards, paypay, LINEpay, aupay, etc.
Is it barrier-free?
Although the building is not completely barrier-free, it is flat except for the stairs to the second floor and the entrance. A ramp is also available to prevent steps from falling at the entrance.

Can the pool be in year-round?
The pool is filled with water, but it is not heated, so it is basically difficult to enter during the cold season.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi available throughout the villa.
How many people can stay?
It can accommodate up to 10 people. There are three bedrooms with one queen-size bed, two single beds, and two sofa beds. A futon mattress is available for 5 or more persons.
Can I swim in the nearby ocean?
The ocean stretches out in front of Villa Urara, but it is not a swimming beach. There is a beach called "Yashii Park" about 10 minutes away by car, so everyone can use that beach.
Are babies and pets allowed to stay?
Children, including 0-year-olds, are allowed to stay. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Can I have fireworks and bonfires?
Fireworks are allowed until 9:00 p.m. as long as they do not make noise and do not disturb neighbors. Fire pits are available for use.
