A Neo-Classic Parisian-Japanese atmosphere conveys throughout the spacious one plus one apartment with a contemporary living room facing the best view of Kanazawa which can turn as an additional bedroom at night, fully equipped kitchen, a bath tub with a view, and the large master bedroom in tatami style with a small living room on the 2nd floor. Artisan artworks and collection pieces from Andre’s journey accessorized throughout the house such as, his 1920’s Paris Map, his designed plates, Thai’s silver thread hand embroideries triangle pillows, and an antique Japanese lacquer box which are hidden in the house awaited for you to discover.

Chef Andre Chiang spent half of his life time in France where the land and his mentors have shaped him to become who he is. He is Asia's most influential chefs and the one and only Chinese chef who came across three most important institutions in the world: The Michelin, The World's 50 Best Restaurants, and The Best 100 Chefs lists.
In addition to his signature restaurant, “Restaurant ANDRÉ” in Singapore, he has developed multiple Michelin restaurants throughout Asia including RAW Taipei and Sichuan Moon in Macau...etc. In 2018, after being presented the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, Andre finally returned to his motherland, Taiwan where he hopes to pass on his experiences and knowledge to the Taiwanese younger generation.
Second to his heart from Taiwan and France is Japan, the small old town named Kanazawa where he found home away from home. connecting rooms（聯通房）是什麼房型？ What kind of rooms are connecting rooms?
A棟和B棟在1樓的部份可互通的房型。最多可以入住8位（A棟4位，B棟4位） 兩棟房子可以室內移動，有獨自浴室和廁所，不過2樓的部份沒有聯通，所以推薦2家人一起來住，或是房間想分開的好朋友組合。並提供小廚房可以使用。 The rooms are located in House A and House B, which are connected by a ground floor. The two houses can be accessed from each other, but each building has its own bathroom, and the bedrooms on the second floor are not connected to the building next door, so this is recommended for two families or a group of people who wish to have separate bedrooms. A mini-kitchen is also available.
