Are the cottages non-smoking?
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. (Please refrain from using electronic cigarettes or heated tobacco indoors.)
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed. Please also refrain from using the premises, such as outside the cottage or in the parking lot.
Where can I check in and receive my room key?
Please check in at the winery-shop adjacent to the winery. The room key is an electronic lock. 【For those who choose to tour the winery before staying.】 The cottage key number will be sent to you by email the day before check-in. Please share with all users. Please check in at the winery-shop before visiting. 【For those who do not choose to tour the winery before staying.】 Please check in at the winery-shop before your stay. You will be provided with the cottage key number upon check-in. After 5pm, the winery-shop will be closed and staff will be absent. If you will be late, please let us know by calling +81 80-3468-4101.
I have applied for a winery tour. Where should we meet?
Please come to the winery-shop attached to the winery. →For those applying for a winery tour before staying. Tour start time : From April to September...4:00 pm, From October and November...3:30 pm, From December to March...3:00 pm. If you will be late, please let us know by calling +81 80-3468-4101. *You can also contact us by SMS.
Are there any places to eat nearby?
There are no places to eat within walking distance. If you need a late-night snack, please purchase it before coming to the cottage.
