the Core Hotel

the Core Hotel is a self-service accommodation with no on-site staff. Check-in and check-out are conducted entirely in a non-face-to-face manner. After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you via email with further instructions. Please ensure you provide a valid email address where you can be reached.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is strictly prohibited on the premises. If you wish to smoke, please contact us in advance. If any evidence of smoking is found, a penalty charge equivalent to two nights' stay will be billed.

There is no housekeeping service during your stay. If you require cleaning, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please request this in advance.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If any unauthorized persons are found entering the building without our permission, an additional fee will be charged.

Please refrain from making tentative bookings (holding dates). As we only host two groups per day, holding multiple dates or rooms prevents other guests from booking.

We do not negotiate or waive cancellation fees under any circumstances to ensure fairness to all our guests. This applies even to unexpected events such as COVID-19 infection, a child’s sudden fever, or typhoons. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover such unforeseen situations and ensure peace of mind during your trip.
