We are not allowed to have pets in the facility.

There is no food provided from the villa, but you are free to bring your own food and drink. Two 500ml bottles of water are provided free of charge for each guest. and Pocari Sweat, Oronamin C, beer, soft drinks, wine, and sake are also available for a fee. You can also cook food on the irori (sunken hearth). There are cooking utensils in the kitchen, so you can also cook in the kitchen. We will also provide Häagen-Dazs ice cream free of charge for everyone.

There is a parking space for up to three cars, which is reserved for guests. Please take sufficient measures, such as studless tires, as it snows from November to March.

This facility only offers accommodation. In addition, there is a fixed accommodation fee for up to 3 people, and an additional fee is charged for 4 or more people.

Due to the reservation system, we can only accept reservations for a maximum of 12 children who do not share a bed with their parents, but if you are willing to accept a few conditions, we can accommodate up to 15 children. If you would like to stay with 13-15 children, please contact the facility by email.

This facility is a villa that can be rented in its entirety. There will be staff present at check-in and check-out, but at other times there will be no staff present.

When you come to this facility by car after visiting the Ine Funaya, if you search for it using a navigation system, you will probably be guided along a route through the mountains that takes about 35 minutes, but this route is through the mountains and the roads are narrow and not well paved. Therefore, when coming from the Ine Funaya, it will be a bit of a detour, but please use the navigation system to go to the ‘Family Mart Yosano-cho Iwastaki Store’ and then enter the navigation system for this facility in Nomano.

It is located in Kyotango City, which is about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car from Kyoto City. Please check the location before making a reservation.

The facility is located in the mountains. As a result, there is a possibility that some mobile phone carriers will not be able to connect to the facility (some carriers will be able to connect). Please understand that you will not be able to make phone calls if you are unable to connect to the facility's wifi.

At night, there is a possibility that animals such as deer will be on the road, so please drive with due care and attention to your speed and surroundings.
