【STAY】
The Luxury of Staying in the Forest
With only three guest rooms, each has been carefully restored from a 120-year-old farmhouse.
Features include a Shigaraki clay goemon-style bath, large windows overlooking the forest, and the quietude preserved by the absence of a television.
The hotel building was relocated and restored from a 120-year-old farmhouse.
Built using traditional methods common in Toyama’s historic homes, its thick main pillars and beams were assembled without metal fittings, strong enough to withstand heavy snow.
Today, such construction is considered rare, as it is difficult to reproduce with modern materials.

The reclaimed timbers in the lounge exude remarkable character and presence, yet the space feels warm and nostalgic. Please take your time to appreciate the details.
Enjoy a restful stay that feels as if you’re sleeping in rhythm with the forest’s breath.
