Is the property non-smoking?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or outside on the street. Thank you for your cooperation.
Is the area noisy?
The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM. Please note that parties are not allowed, even during the daytime.
Can I go out onto the balcony?
For safety and noise control reasons, please do not step out onto the balcony. Additionally, for privacy reasons, please keep the blinds on the balcony side closed.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Late check-out is not available due to cleaning schedules. We’re also unable to hold your luggage before or after your stay.
How do I check in?
Please bring the check-in code sent via email or message. Use the tablet located in front of your room door to check in. Once check-in is complete, the PIN code for the entrance door will be displayed.
Can I make a reservation or contact you by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations or provide support by phone. Please contact us through the booking site’s messaging system.
