Licht – A Quiet Sentinel Watching Over the Town and Lighthouse
Ushimado, located in Setouchi City, Okayama Prefecture, is home to a historic street known as “Karakoto Street.”
This area preserves the townscape of a place that once flourished as a hub of maritime transport.
This place is guided by a simple idea:
to serve as a place that watches over and preserves culture, scenery, and a sense of place.
Change in the townscape itself is not a bad thing.
However, we hope to gently resist a future where everything is replaced solely in the name of efficiency.

this is something we have come to believe.

Children under 12 years old can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult. If a child requires their own bedding, the adult rate will apply.
