casana kyoto is a completely non-smoking facility, including the surrounding streets. If smoking or any evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of 22,000 yen will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
HOUSE KEEPING
As part of our standard housekeeping routine, towels are replaced and trash is collected daily. Bed linens will be changed every third night of your stay. If you do not require towel or trash service on a given day, please place the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door.
