Our facility is scheduled to open in early April 2026. As construction is still underway, certain details may differ from the final completion.

For your convenience, our property offers a self check‑in system. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide a passcode that grants access to both the entrance and your room. Check‑in is available at your own pace between 3pm and 12am (midnight). A self check‑in tablet is located at the entrance; please follow the on‑screen instructions.

Guests enjoy one complimentary 60‑minute private sauna session per night of stay. Our sauna is exclusively available to overnight guests and may be enjoyed alongside the outdoor cooling deck and the cold bath with sea views. To reserve your session, please check availability at the time of booking and select your preferred time slot.

We kindly ask guests to wear appropriate sauna attire when using the sauna. As our sauna is located outdoors, swimwear or a sauna poncho is required. Rental and purchase options are available for your convenience.

We offer three room sizes—S, M, and L—allowing you to select the option that best suits your travel style. The kids' policy displayed above is a standard system setting, so there is no need for concern.If you are staying as a family in an L or M room, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

We kindly ask that pets are not brought into the facility. We sincerely apologize that we are unable to welcome your beloved family members.

Our entire property is strictly non‑smoking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that there are steps within the facility. Although the building is single‑story, the guest rooms are located on a half‑level above the main floor to enhance the view. As a result, access to each room requires the use of stairs. If you have mobility concerns or are traveling with large luggage, please inform us at the time of reservation.
