Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee of ¥6,000 per hour (up to 6 guests), plus ¥1,000 per additional person per hour. Advance reservation is required, and requests may not be accepted depending on availability before or after your stay. We also offer an Early Lunch BBQ Plan. Please contact our staff for details.

Yes, pets are allowed. Please be sure to contact us in advance. You must review and comply with our pet policy before your stay. The fee is ¥2,000 per dog. Small dogs only, up to a maximum of 3 dogs. Pets must stay in a crate indoors (one crate per room). If a pet is brought without prior notice, we may refuse accommodation. The garden is a private dog run, where you can enjoy BBQ together with your dog.

Reservations are accepted for 2 guests or more. The price is the same for up to 6 guests.

Cancellation fees are as follows: From 31 days before arrival: 50% From 15 days before arrival: 70% From 7 days before arrival: 100% On the day of arrival: 100%

Yes, changes or additions to the number of guests can be accommodated flexibly up until the day before arrival. If you have ordered meals, please contact us at least 5 days before arrival.

Advance reservation is required at least 3 days in advance. Pick-up and drop-off are available at Kazusa-Ichinomiya Station. Pick-up: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM Drop-off: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM Up to 6 guests. We can accompany you on one grocery shopping trip only. Please note that this service may not be available depending on vehicle availability or other circumstances. If unavailable, a taxi ride takes about 10 minutes and costs approximately ¥2,000.

We provide yukata (Japanese robes), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, hair iron, lotion, facial cleanser, hand soap, makeup remover, cotton pads, and more.

Yukata are available for adults only. Please bring pajamas for children.

All rooms in the facility are fully equipped with air conditioning.

On the first floor, there is an open-air bath, an indoor bath, and a cold plunge pool. There is also an additional bathroom on the second floor. All baths are for private use only. There are three toilets in total, all Western-style with bidet (washlet) functions.

Yes. There is a large covered space, so you can enjoy your time comfortably even in the rain. There are also two roofed gazebos in the garden.

Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks free of charge. There are three refrigerators available (kitchen, living area, and BBQ garden). Use of the kitchen for cooking is free. If you bring your own ingredients and use the BBQ grill, an additional fee of ¥1,000 per person applies, including grill and charcoal.

Sorry, for fire safety reasons, bringing your own fire pit tables, BBQ grills, or stoves is not permitted.

For cooking or BBQ with your own ingredients, please bring your own seasonings. A minimal set of basic seasonings such as salt and pepper is available upon request.

Yes, free parking is available. Up to 30 cars can be parked.

Handheld fireworks and fountain-type fireworks are allowed until 9:00 PM in the backyard area “KIRA Private Park.” Please bring your own fireworks and lighter. Buckets will be provided.

There is a Lawson convenience store about a 5-minute drive away. Supermarkets (Leo Misaki Store and Sendo Ichinomiya Store) are about a 12-minute drive away.
