Can I order food delivery services such as Uber Eats?
For orders from food delivery services such as Uber Eats, for security reasons, please come to the front desk and collect your order directly from the delivery driver.
Can I ship luggage from the hotel?
We provide information in the hotel on a Sagawa Express QR code for shipping luggage, as well as a shipping label printer. If you let us know in advance, we can store your luggage on the day of checkout and hand it over to the courier.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after checkout?
Luggage storage before check-in is available from 9:00 a.m. on the day of check-in. On the day of checkout, we can store your luggage until 5:00 p.m. Please note that if you cannot collect it by 5:00 p.m., it will be available for collection from 9:00 a.m. the following day.
Can I extend my stay or request a late checkout?
If you wish to extend your checkout time or stay additional nights, please contact the hotel by 10:00 a.m. on the day before checkout and let us know the desired extension or number of additional nights. We will check room availability and accommodate your request where possible. Please pay any extension or additional-night charges by credit card at the front desk. Requests may not be accommodated depending on availability. If you continue using the room after checkout time without our approval, we may charge the prescribed extension fee and any other reasonable costs incurred.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and checkout is by 10:00 a.m. *Self-service check-in and checkout are available using the tablet at the front desk.
How many guests can stay in the room?
Up to six guests can stay. The room is equipped with two double beds, one single bed, and one sofa bed.
Do you provide a baby crib?
A foldable baby crib is available free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.
How do I get there from Haneda Airport or the nearest station?
It takes about 20 minutes from Haneda Airport to Tennozu Isle Station by Tokyo Monorail. From Shinagawa Station, it is one stop (about five minutes) on the Rinkai Line. The hotel is an eight-minute walk from Tennozu Isle Station on the Rinkai Line and a five-minute walk from Tennozu Isle Station on the Tokyo Monorail.
Are there any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There is a 7-Eleven convenience store and a My Basket supermarket nearby.
Can I check in or check out outside reception hours?
Yes. *Self-service check-in and checkout are available using the tablet at the front desk.
Is there an elevator?
There is no elevator. When front desk staff are available, we will be happy to assist you with your luggage.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room. Connection details will be provided at check-in.

The in-room TV is a smart TV, so you can watch DAZN by signing in with your own account. The hotel does not provide a DAZN account. To protect your personal information, please be sure to sign out before checkout.

The in-room TV is a smart TV. We apologize, but terrestrial digital television is not available. You can enjoy streaming video services instead.
Is there a washing machine or dryer?
A washing machine is provided. There is no clothes dryer, so please use the bathroom drying function.
Is the property non-smoking?
The entire property, including the balconies, is non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes.
Can I stay with my pet?
We apologize, but pets are not permitted at the property.
