We provide information in the hotel on a Sagawa Express QR code for shipping luggage, as well as a shipping label printer. If you let us know in advance, we can store your luggage on the day of checkout and hand it over to the courier.

Luggage storage before check-in is available from 9:00 a.m. on the day of check-in. On the day of checkout, we can store your luggage until 5:00 p.m. Please note that if you cannot collect it by 5:00 p.m., it will be available for collection from 9:00 a.m. the following day.
