To ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, our property maintains a gluten-free environment. For this reason, bringing gluten-containing food or beverages into the property or consuming them on-site is not permitted. If gluten-containing food or beverages are brought into the property or consumed, and additional cleaning or special measures are required, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all guests.

In accordance with Kyoto City regulations, an accommodation tax is charged separately from your accommodation fee. The accommodation tax is not included in your reservation price. Please pay the tax in cash at check-in. The accommodation tax is calculated per person per night based on the accommodation fee as follows: ・Less than ¥6,000: ¥200 ・¥6,000 to less than ¥20,000: ¥400 ・¥20,000 to less than ¥50,000: ¥1,000 ・¥50,000 to less than ¥100,000: ¥4,000 ・¥100,000 or more: ¥10,000 ※The accommodation fee used for calculation excludes meal charges, consumption tax, and other applicable fees. Due to the nature of traditional machiya architecture, you may notice everyday sounds such as floorboards and sliding doors. The building is equipped with heating and underfloor heating; however, indoor temperatures may vary depending on the season and outside weather conditions. After 9:00 PM, we kindly ask for your consideration toward other guests and the neighborhood.

・Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, and the use of open flames is not allowed. ・Entry by anyone other than registered guests is not permitted. ・Please note that we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by natural disasters, surrounding environmental conditions, or guests’ negligence.
