The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and electric kettle, so you’re welcome to bring your own ingredients and cook to your heart’s content.

○ A car is required to reach this location. Please be sure to use studless tires during the winter. If there is a significant amount of snowfall and the roads freeze, it may be difficult to reach the facility even with studless tires alone. (Of course, light snow is not a problem.) If there is a significant amount of snowfall, please use tire chains.
○ The location is difficult to find. Please be sure to watch the video we will share with you in advance.
○ There are no washing machines available, so please be aware of this before making a reservation. (Please use a nearby coin-operated laundromat.)
○ The location has poor cell phone reception. The au network, in particular, has difficulty connecting. (Wi-Fi is available.)
○ Regarding seasonings, we have provided small packets of salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Please bring any other seasonings you may need.
○ Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please smoke outdoors. (An outdoor ashtray is provided on the front porch.)
○ Pets are not allowed.
○ Parties and events are prohibited.
○ Visitors are not permitted to enter the property.
○ Please note that we will charge you for any damage to property, loss of items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
