Chef Kogawa Private Dining Experience

Thank you for choosing our Chef Kogawa Private Dining Plan.

This accommodation plan includes a private full-course dinner prepared by Chef Kogawa and a breakfast box delivered the following morning.

Dinner

Chef Kogawa will visit Kajitei during your stay and prepare a seasonal full-course dinner exclusively for you.

Dinner Start Time

Please choose your preferred dinner start time between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

• If no preferred time is specified, dinner will begin at 7:00 PM.

• The course lasts approximately 2 hours.

• Dessert is included.

• Dinner will be served in the dining room next to the kitchen.

Course Menu

The standard course is a seasonal chef's selection priced at ¥26,400 per person (tax included).

Based on your preferences and seasonal ingredients, Chef Kogawa will create a course specially tailored for your group.

Premium Custom Course

For guests seeking an even more personalized dining experience, we also offer a Fully Customized Course for ¥37,500 per person (tax included).

Examples of previous custom menus include:

• A lobster-focused course

• A duck-centered course

• A course featuring specific ingredients requested by the guest

The upgrade is available for an additional ¥11,100 per person.

Information Required Before Your Stay

To help Chef Kogawa prepare a menu tailored specifically for you, please provide the following information before your stay:

1. Any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat.

2. Your favorite ingredients or any special requests.

3. Your preferred dinner start time (between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM).

Chef Kogawa will design your course based on the information you provide.

Number of Meals

Due to our reservation system, dinner will be prepared for all registered overnight guests by default.

If anyone in your group does not require dinner, please let us know in advance.

Beverages

Beverages are not included in this dining plan.

During your stay, you may enjoy:

• Complimentary soft drinks provided at Kajitei

• Wines from our wine cellar (available for an additional charge)

If you would like wine pairing with your meal, Chef Kogawa can prepare a selection based on your preferred budget.

You are also welcome to bring your own wine or other beverages.

Breakfast

The following morning, a Breakfast Box prepared by a popular local female chef from Hayama will be delivered to Kajitei.

Delivery is scheduled between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
