Shojin cuisine — the traditional vegetarian fare of Buddhism — prepared specially and served in a private room reserved for guests of this suite alone.

Made without meat, fish, dairy, or nuts, these are dishes that let the ingredients themselves speak — the kind found only at a temple lodging. We accommodate allergies and religious dietary needs as far as we are able.
