[April 18th Only] 2-Day/1-Night Trip: Butcher and Eat Wild Boar with Local Hunters

In Akiyama-go, people have lived in harmony with the blessings of nature for generations.

The animals hunted in the mountains are also an essential part of our lives.

This plan offers you the opportunity to experience the butchering and sorting of a wild boar, something you don't often get to do.

You will gain insight into the skills and wisdom of hunters and come to a deeper understanding of the meaning behind each step of the butchering process.

Then comes the time to grill and savor the meat we've divided ourselves.

It's not just about "eating," but a moment to quietly reflect on the true act of "receiving life."

The connection between food and nature is often overlooked in our daily lives.

Why not experience its profound charm by fully engaging all your senses in the atmosphere of Akiyama-go?

It will surely change the way you think about food.

*If a wild boar cannot be caught, a different animal may be used.

*The wild boar will be skinned and its internal organs removed before being butchered.
