Nara's countryside where the horses roam
Here is a place where people and living things coexist.
The well-maintained countryside landscape known as Satoyama is reminiscent of Japan of a generation ago.
Pellet Stove
The pellet stove can be ignited in just one minute and quickly heats up the room. Thanks to the insulation and plaster walls, the house is warm enough even in the cold winters.
Deer leather and Horse tack
At miru.house, there is a space where you can touch Jomon-nameshi deerskin. Feel free to touch and experience them and their many benefits.
Japanese calligraphy
The fact that there are so many words and kanji related to 'horse' is proof that we have lived alongside horses. Here you can see horse-related calligraphy by Shuka, a calligrapher who loves horses and calligraphy.
