HARVEST LONG TABLE | Limited to 15 Guests
October 17–18 | Two Days to Taste Autumn, from Field to Table
mont HARVEST LONG TABLE
Two days to experience autumn in Nozawa Onsen through the story of the harvest.
Step into the forest, connect with the gifts of the land, and enter a world shaped by the season.
Gather around the wood fire and share a one-of-a-kind Long Table, created especially for this day.
This experience doesn’t end with dinner.
Meet the land through its fields and forests, gather around the fire and the table, and walk through the beech forest the following morning.
From the moment you make your reservation to the lingering memories you take home with you, every part of this special two-day, one-night experience has been designed as one continuous story.
