About Sushi Tamura
Local sushi enthusiasts say, "I almost don't want to share this secret, but it's incredibly delicious!" about "Sushi Tamura." With over 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, owner Tamura personally procures fresh fish from the Miho and Sakaiminato ports and uses a blend of home-grown rice and local Yago rice to serve exceptional sushi.

The sushi, made from seasonal fish like daruma tai (sea bream), madai (red sea bream), and aj (horse mackerel), is generously portioned and leaves diners eagerly anticipating the next piece. Tamura's warm smile and attentive service also contribute to the restaurant's popularity.

Other popular dishes, such as ara-ni (fish simmered with soy sauce), keep diners intrigued as the type of fish used changes with the daily catch.
