【About the Chef】
Mizuki Tanaka
Born in Daisen, Tottori, Chef Tanaka graduated from Tsuji Culinary Institute before joining Motokichō. After gaining extensive experience at distinguished kitchens including Imperial Hotel Osaka, he returned to his hometown in 2023 and now serves as Head Chef at Ryokuso.
His cuisine honors Japanese culinary traditions while showcasing the finest local ingredients of Daisen.
