【About the Chef】
Masahiro Fujimoto
After refining his skills in Kobe, Chef Fujimoto served as Executive Chef at the Japanese Embassy in Jamaica, preparing cuisine for distinguished international guests. He later relocated to Daisen, inspired by the region’s exceptional natural ingredients.
His cuisine is rooted in French culinary techniques and highlights the seasonal bounty of Daisen.
