Bathe in "Kōbō no Yu," the sacred spring of the great bath that has soothed weary travelers for four hundred years.

For dinner, we prepare something special: shojin cuisine, the traditional vegetarian fare of Buddhism.

Nothing is made with meat, fish, dairy, or nuts.

Because your meal is served in a private room reserved solely for guests of this suite, we can also be flexible with dining times and other details.

On the first night of your Shikoku pilgrimage, savor to your heart's content the seasonal produce grown here in the local fields.

Over dinner or in the quiet of your room, you are welcome to order whatever you please — sake, umeshu (plum wine), Japanese whisky, beer, and more.

Where indigo, the warmth of wood, and the view of Anraku-ji through the window all fall into harmony, this is a room for savoring, slowly, the particular way that time flows in this place.
