【Traditional Daisen Chicken Dinner at Toyama Ryokan】

Enjoy a multi-course dinner featuring Daisen chicken and local specialties at the long-established Toyama Ryokan.

Dinner will be served at our partner property, located about a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

Known for its tender texture and rich flavor, Daisen chicken is prepared in a variety of styles including teriyaki, fried chicken, yakitori, and hot pot dishes. Each dish reflects the craftsmanship of Head Chef Toyama and the culinary traditions of the region.

Guests can also enjoy the ryokan’s signature sesame tofu, prepared using a method passed down for over 250 years, as well as delicate savory egg custard (chawanmushi).
